Do you mean "Related Resources": if so this is wrong because this field is intended for non-normative references. If you meant Referenced Standards this would also be a misuse of the field. We have no direct source for describing "other related records" at present, which is a major cause for concern if we are going to have records that are exactly analogous. What about standards that have multilingual titles? Do they also need one record per title or do all the titles sit in the single Title element the record is allowed? If there are multiple records how do we indicated that there is a direct relationship between the records? Martin Bryan
