A charter

Moving the discussion on TA definition one step forward, here is what I believe should address the most recent concerns on the list... Included as part of a proposed charter.

 

The charter draft includes the following changes compared to previous draft (1/5). Let me know if you want another format than MSWord:

 

- updated TA def that I hope is consensual enough. REMEMBER that this def is not final !!  the TC can refine it later. Its main purpose in a charter is to scope and define the work direction well enough.

 

- The "scope" section has been reorganized, but not changed in content.

 

- Input contributions: added URLs, added also W3C Test Metadata.

 

- Deliverables: check the added proposed Timeline.

 

 

 

I believe this draft should be good enough for your legal counsel to decide if you can commit to the proposed IPR mode.
