Subject: Meeting this Friday

Exceptional meting scheduled this Friday 4pm GMT, as other options are a
problem to more people, and Cho (Korea) may not be able to do Wednesday
option anyway due to his traveling.

This meeting is an administrative meeting mostly - "wiki" meeting -, so
no critical decision on TA-related technical matters.

> (b) Friday 25, (in US) : 4pm GMT
- 4pm UK
- 8pm StPetersb, (daylight saving T)
- midnight Beijing,
- 1am Seoul,
- 9am California,
- noon EastCoast

Date: Friday (US time), 25 May 2007
Time: 4pm-5pm GMT (9am California,... See above)
Duration: 60mn max

Host: Fujitsu US toll free: 866-760-1934
intl: 1-517-233-9562
participant: 2426197

Main agenda (preliminary):

1- discuss wiki organization as a cooperation tool. In particular:
. General feedback on usability, organization.
. Process for including docs: (a) referencing external docs, (b)
Referencing documents uploaded to kavi, or (c) just cut and paste for
short ones or extracts?
. How to combine with email list: in particular discussion threads
related to a particular doc hosted or referred to by wiki. How much goes
into wiki vs. mail list?
. Issue list management.

2- Meeting scheduling (please send in your opinion in advance,
especially Cho and Serm)
. If we move toward a weekly meeting with alternate schedule: besides
the current
Thursday schedule (2pm GMT), what would be another schedule more
favorable to Asia?
. How about: midnight GMT (3am StPetersb, 9am Beijing, 10am Seoul, 5pm
California, 8pm EastCoast, midnigh UK) or after? (inconvenient for
Russia) And which day of week?
. Call-out options from meeting chair (from office) to shift cost from
participants calling from home.
. Narrowing on f-2-f options.

-Jacques
