So far we still keep Thursday (US) 7am PT, every other week (so not this
week, but next).

But in addition we are considering to add another meeting on the weeks
in-between (so making in effect a weekly meeting for TAG TC), possibly
using another schedule, so that the hardship is spread across timezones.


We'll do most of the votes by electronic ballot, to make sure we have
everyone on the ballot, and will use OASIS wiki for collaborative tool.

So we are trying to set up a meeting schedule like:

Week 1: Thu (US) 2pmGMT (7amPT,...)
Week 2: XYZ , N:00 GMT
Week 3: Thu (US) 2pmGMT (7amPT,...)
Week 4: XYZ , N:00 GMT
Week 5: Thu (US) 2pmGMT (7amPT,...)
Week 6: XYZ , N:00 GMT
Etc.

This current week exceptionally, XYZ = Friday, and N=16:00 but this is
just to accommodate some immediate constraints.

Although there is no perfect alternate schedule and we'll likely loose
someone at either meeting, using online cooperation tools, and good
minutes should overcome the inconvenience...
