1- discuss wiki organization as a cooperation tool. In particular:
. General feedback on usability, organization.
. Process for including docs: (a) referencing external docs, (b) Referencing documents uploaded to kavi, or (c) just cut and paste for short ones or extracts?
. discussion threads?
. How to combine with email list: in particular discussion threads related to a particular doc hosted or referred to by wiki. How much goes into wiki vs. mail list?
. Issue list management.

2- Meeting scheduling (please send in your opinion in advance, especially Cho and Serm) . Alternate schedule option: besides the current Thursday schedule (2pm GMT), another schedule easier to Asia?
(e.g. midnight GMT (3am StPetersb, 9am Beijing, 10am Seoul, 5pm California, 8pm EastCoast, midnigh UK) or after? And which day of week?
. Call-out options from meeting chair (from office) to shift cost from participants calling from home. 
. Narrowing on f-2-f options.

3- General process of our tech work: gathering typical examples of TA material.
