Maybe it could be modeled as 'Context_Id' (or 'TA_Context_Id') and could be represented as '@context_id' or '@contextId' but since both TA_Id and Context_Id could themselves have metadata attributes they should both be represented as elements with complex types and attributes for properties such as 'scheme', 'schemeAgency', 'schemaAgencyId' Maybe another further inclusion would be 'version' ('@version') -- Stephen D.
