Test Assertions Guidelines iteration for review of changes

Introduction, 'Intended Audience' (new section)
1.1 text and new diagram
1.2 text (changed to match diagram)
2.2.3 last two paragraphs/examples of Prescription Level section
(negative RFC keywords)
3.7 The Case of Multiple Specifications
Appendix C (more changes anticipated here)


Apologies for attaching both .doc and .pdf - the .doc is in case
anyone needs to add
edits inline or copy the file for editing. The PDF is due to problems
with formatting which
I sometimes notice with the .doc when sending over Internet
(page-break positions, etc).
