Moving the TAG guidelines to public review

The ballot for approving:

"Do you approve the V1.0.5 Guidelines as Committee Draft (meaning it can be publicly referred to as approved by our TC, even if not final) and also as Public Review draft, so that it can be submitted to OASIS community for official review?"

 

has closed and was successful:

we will proceed to submit to OASIS for public review.

Stephen: is the doc "spruced up" for this? (I don't think we need to provide an RDDL file ?. let me know if we do as I have some previous experience on this)
