Subject: Quorum requirement was 3/5 not 4/5
Dennis Hamilton added the following comment to the lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tag/201008/msg00001.html document in the OASIS Test Assertions Guidelines (TAG) TC Group. The requirement for a quorum was more than 50% of the Voting Membership, and that is satisfied by 3 of 5 attending. In fact there were 4 of 5. The miss-statement of the quorum requirement is immaterial, since there was a proper quorum regardless.
