Fixes several bugs.

Questions arising:
Where is mixed content to be allowed.
Which children are allowed in a script, a scriptlet, a function, etc?
Where is non-tamie namespace XML to be allowed?

Challenges:
How to allow mixed content in a loop but only in the middle?
How to have a variable inside a function have different children to a
variable inside a scriptlet? (use Schematron?)
