1- Review of latest XTemp rev 0.97 (see email 4/21) 
- type update for some "timing" attributes.
- minor schemas tweaks to fix small things, 
- Approval of CSD 02 - are we ready for a PR?.

2- Status on the latest upload of Use Case packages (see email 4/20). That is fixing many little issues (namespace discrepancies, missing use and support for catch/@vptend to limit catch window , etc.) 
- coming submission of the XSLT translator to an open-souce distribution (Google Code).
