Standardised business reporting

During the last face to face meeting we discussed a  draft of the
Netherlands paper on cross domain standardisation of finacial data.
The document has been amended to its present format. It still has the status
of concept. The copyright is formaly owened by the Netherlands government.
However TC members can use it for creating documents with a similar pupouse
within their own organisation.

In a later phase It would be nice to rework thgis document more
internationally to a TC paper.
