Subject: RE: [tm-pubsubj] Clarification of OASIS TC and W3C WG

Thanks, Bernard, for the link. However, I am afraid that this FAQ page will
be too sophisticated for a layman to understand. And that is why I
suggested before that we should give some good examples (e.g., RDDL's
Natures & Purposes) to illustrate the "business value" of published
subjects. To that end I wonder if the RDF community is also struggling with
this same issue, although I know Bernard's FAQ has some links to RDF-related
pages. Perhaps the use cases under development should include scenarios for
the use of published subjects within the context of different metadata
approaches (e.g., XTM, RDF, Dublin Core, UDDI, etc.).

Have a good weekend.

Scott

I had try to adress this issue in the introduction of
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tm-pubsubj/docs/works/questions.htm

Hope that helps.
