CALL FOR MEETING -- TopicMaps.Org

Michel has pointed out that plane tickets for the second half of
August are about to sell out, especially those with European origins.
We're in a bind, here: We don't really have time to take a vote on a
meeting time/place, because it's not yet clear what constitutes a
quorum, and it won't be clear in time to take a vote *and* get travel
tickets.

We think we're within the literal constraints of our new charter if we
call a meeting for August 19-20 in Montreal, and, when we have the
meeting, if we have a quorum, we can entertain a motion to have a
meeting, since there are no meeting notice requirements, and we can
take a vote on anything at any time.  What do you think of that idea?
