[xtm-wg] FYI -- Namespaces

A while back there was a debate in which the issue of XML namespaces arose.
Purely FYI, I thought folks might like to look upon Micro$oft's approach to
this in their SOAP Contract Language musings for their .NET 'initiative'.

<contract…>
    <import namespace=’uri’ location=’uri’/> *
</contract>

The namespace attribute indicates the URI being referenced, and the location
attribute indicates a location that can be used to retrieve it (which may be
a relative URI).

[Just for the record, I am not advocating any particular stance towards this
at this time.]
