Dear TopicMaps.org Participating Members,
As agreed at the last organizational meeting in Paris, the costs for each face-to-face meeting of the Authoring Group will be covered by a meeting participation fee. The fee for the upcoming meeting on August 19-20 in Montreal will be $75.00 USD per person, per day.
You will shortly be receiving invoices for this fee via email. You may provide credit card information via fax or, if you prefer, you may bring a check, cash, or credit card information to the meeting. Payments should be made to Graphic Communications Association.
Those of you who have not yet paid the fee from the Paris meeting will also receive past-due notices. Please include this amount in your payment in order to bring your accounts up to date.
