[xtm-wg] UC: Public Domain!

Hi Brian, and all Use Casers,
     (A Use Case subgroup was chartered at the meeting).
     Just a thought: whenever we send out questionnaires, it would be
very helpful to add a question asking whether they would place their
answers in the public domain.
     The reason is that we can then use their answers as data: we and
others can freely collect, edit, analyze, distribute, etc. the answers. 
Otherwise we will have to paraphrase them, which is not only more work
than we can allow ourselves, but can degrade the answers, that is, the
examples.
     Something for us to keep in mind.
