Subject: [xtm-wg] Re: XTM-UCS: Collate and Glossary

Bryan,

Yes on the deadline announcement of 31 August 2000.

As far as data format would you consider using well-formed XML? What I envision
is a series of elements that record the respondent's name (member status as
attribute?), email address, and then responses to the questions with
sub-elements for use cases suggested. We can add an attribute for each use case
element that will allow us to sort the use cases by whatever abstract use case
typology is selected. I was thinking this would allow us to present a simple
summary of the use cases by category or include contact information for specific
use cases as desired. At some future point we could also record analysis of the
use cases as part of the file.

This may be overkill given the number of responses we have on hand so far but
should that increase, a common XML format would allow us to separately collect
the data and easily transform it as desired.

+1 on Ann's offer to review the collated data!
