I'm concerned that UCS may be setting itself up to become overwhelmed by
data. 

I had hoped for a short sharp usecase acquisition phase followed by some
opportunity for analysis, followed by considered input into the other groups
within the v. short timescale available. Although I am happy in principle to
listen to anyone worth listening to, I do not see that we have time &
resources for a meaningful "public" usecase acquisition phase.
