[xtm-wg] ANNOUNCE: Update of XTM repository (new link)

Ladeeees and Juh-entlemen,

I've updated the XTM repository page at

to now include the a Topic Map Tutorial from Alexander Sigel, Steve 
Pepper, Ingrid Schmidt and Carolin Mueller. This link shows up under
the title 'other topic map information sources':

as a link to

As always, any comments, blame, etc. to me. [I've stopped jamming
my finger between my car's apholstery and door and instead engaged
in three days of two to four hour discussions with Steve, Michel
