Jack,

Are you privy to some information we don't know about? How is the GPS
metaphor owned by anyone? And how is Charles Goldfarb associated with
this metaphor? I'd not heard it associated with him previously. This
seems different that TimBl's book title. Nobody can "own" a metaphor.
