I'd like to join in here, as a new member of the group,  if I may.  A
new suggestion:

"Topic Maps - From Web To Knowledge"

This includes many things people have been offering, it hints at
building on what we already have, it doesn't rely on metaphors that may
not speak to people, and it has a certain resonance on the tongue.
