[xtm-wg] URL for XTM 1.0 Spec (Was: ANNOUNCE: xslt 4 tm 2 xtm)

In this document you refer to the XTM 1.0 specification as residing at
a URL on doctypes.org. Just to keep this from getting confusing, I think
it important to at least within this group start using the real URL for
the spec in our public pronouncements. The doctypes.org web page will
provide a "latest version" that points to the topicmaps.org version of
the spec (ie., the real one) once we go public. 

The URL for the XTM 1.0 Specification is (or will be):

  http://www.topicmaps.org/xtm/1.0/
