Chris and Bernard have achieved the necessary number of votes to attend, so that's final as far as I'm concerned. I myself voted for Chris because he has been heavily involved in the conceptual modelling work, and this needs to be finalized in Paris. Bernard has been active on this list, so I don't really have a problem with him attending although, as I wrote, I think Austin would have been a better choice. I say leave it at that for now.
