[xtm-wg] MOTION: Charter revision

MOTION: Alter the text contained in paragraph 3.6.1 of the TopicMaps.Org
chart to read:

"The Participating Members shall make all changes to this Charter and
By-Laws. Only a Participating Member may propose changes to the Charter and
By-Laws. Such changes shall require a two-thirds majority vote of the
Participating Members."


This motion currently requires a near consensus to pass.  More than one (1)
"NO" vote will defeat this motion.

The voting period will run from January 23, 2001 through January 30, 2001.
