This conference will profile the shift in the Web from an information-based structure to a knowledge-based structure. Furthermore, this conference provides a meeting place for knowledge communities that currently do not have forum for interaction. The goal of Knowledge Technologies is to provide a meeting of the minds so that each knowledge technology community can learn from others for mutual benefit.
