You beat me to this post. It is interesting that their purl jumps to
http://swag.semanticweb.org/ which implies they are hosted along with all
the other semantic web stuff.

I am, however, curious. Does this not begin to sound like a universal
ontology of one sort or another?

That stuff seems very interesting, converging with our preoccupations about
interoperability, stable URIs for PSI.
I think XTM should be present in the SWAG dictionary ASAP.
