Sam,

I just finished a rough draft of the minutes and forwarded them
yesterday to Eric for review/correction. Sorry for the delay! Movers
were moving my residence from one location to another the day I left
Paris and the "little stuff" remaining consumed the rest of the week! I
am almost productive again and we should be seeing the minutes real soon
now.
