One issue in this discussion is that names establish
identity.

Please do not get me wrong for the following, I do not
intend to be rude:

If names are establishing identity, and PSIs can *NOT*
avoid the TNC, what about the ambigous names >class< and
>association< in the XTM 1.0 Core Published Subject Indicators ?

Just to think about it.
