[xtm-wg] What is the "strawman" proposal?

There have been numerous references to a "strawman" processing model
proposal, and to a "table" view of Steve Newcomb's processing model, from
Sam. Are these the same thing? Lars labels his draft an "alternative
strawman".

I'm not aware of having seen the original strawman, or Sam's table. Maybe
our server was down. Have these been submitted to this list? Can someone
send me a pointer, or resubmit them.
