It's also to the point that we need talking points. Nobody coming into
this discussion could at this point understand "where we're at." A document
needs to be posted that can be used as a requirements document. 

  1. Requirements for an XTM Data Model
  2. Requirements for an XTM Processing Model
  3. Possible Data Model Approaches
  4. Possible Processing Model Approaches
  etc.
