Robert, 

Thanks for pointing this out. I've just recently resumed my post
as webmaster of topicmaps.org, and I've updated these three topic
maps and posted their updates on the site. If you should find any 
further problems with these topic maps, please let me know. I will
be posting a message regarding country.xtm and language.xtm under
a different thread.

Yes, you are correct regarding this error. The full PSI should be
used in this case (and IMO, this type of confusion is something one
has to watch carefully for). The editors of the XTM 1.0 specification
are on this mailing list, and I'm assuming they will fix this problem.
I'll leave these types of fixes to the document editors rather than
tread on their turf.

I didn't quite catch what you meant here; is the web page itself useful
for "bundling with packages?" If so, yes, that is the intention. Now 
that I'm back as webmaster I'll fix this ASAP, probably after I return
home from Austin (i.e., in a day or so).
