That way it can be approved there and adopted immediately. This is your fallacy. There can be no "immediate" adoption. The TC will create an agenda item to discuss *as part of an approved work item* any projects that have been submitted. There needs to be a period of input and review from the TC, not a rubber stamp of some work done prior to the meeting that nobody but a few people had any input on. > What I have further been saying repeatedly is that until Murray > publishes his updated versions there is nothing for me to comment on, > except for the existing versions I have already commented, and those > comments have been completely ignored. You're not the only person I expect to be in the TC. Until we have received feedback from all people in the TC during a proper review period, I would be privileging your input over the dozen or so others who should have equal say over how these topic maps are constructed. As it is right now, if you and I disagree on either the approach or the details, I'm the bad boy for not following your orders. With a process in place to arbitrate proper input, a final product that satisfies the requirements of the group (which don't yet exist) can be achieved. Rushing this forward only disenfranchises those who should be a part of the decision-making process. And if the group decides that the approach or details aren't what you and I right now might take, we haven't wasted any effort. A proper discussion of the issues needs to take place. I don't expect that will occur on this list in the next month or so. Murray ...........................................................................
