Greetings,

To some degree a personal preference but also a DRY (Don't repeat
yourself) concern with the pseudo schema fragments, of which 4.1 is
the first one I encountered. This comment applies to all the pseudo
schema fragments.

1) The first problem is how to establish that the pseudo schema is
formally equivalent to the XSD schema?

2) The second problem is what does this add to my reading of the
specification? As a reader?

The schema proper is only 790 lines long. Anyone interested in TOSCA
isn't going to be reading the pseudo schema.

Personally I don't care for schema fragments in specifications unless
absolutely necessary. It makes it harder to pull elements/attributes
out for discussion. The other choice being large blocks in some
non-XML syntax.
