Paul proposed that the minutes should be agreed as a correct record. 

3/ Committee specification 

Paul will look at the XSD and Peter will review the specification document. 
Paul will complete this within the next two weeks
Will email group with friendly name suggestions
SDL may be able to help with someone else to review the XSD and Specification
We agreed that we would circulate by April 2nd  and discuss on April 11th

This ballot is currently open and Tony, Reinhard and Dave need to vote.
