Good question, Tim ... I've copied Carol.  All editors should note 
that Carol Geyer <carol.geyer@oasis-open.org> is our guide for this site.

Carol, I can see on the home page there is a news item posted by Tim 
titled "First UBL/NES Invoice exchanged in Iceland (June 2007)" ... 
but when I go to the NEWS tab, I do not see it or any other news posts by Tim.

Any ideas on what is going on?
