Unable to join this week's telecon

My apologies.  I know my attendance has been spectacularly poor of late, 
but I nonetheless have a prior engagement that I have to attend at the 
same time as the telecon.  Next week isn't looking any better for me 
schedule-wise, even now.  I still have it on my list, however, to write 
some comments on Marty's doc and how it might move forwards for UBL 1.1.
