Fellow CLSC members,

Would all CSLC members please take a look at Marty's post of the latest 
document:

Questions that came up at this morning's joint meeting:

  - diagram in Annex D? - I'm not sure which diagram was referenced here as 
I cannot find any diagrams in the document - I think it was said to be 
related to the schema structure hierarchy, but my notes are sketchy
  - the proprietary Word format for the document cannot be read properly by 
those committee members who do not have Microsoft products, can future 
revisions be distributed in PDF format?  For example, the annexes are not 
in the table of contents and the line numbers obscure the information.

In today's meeting I'd like to get a commitment from members to review 
Marty's work and get all items identified and addressed over email by COB 
April 9 so that a final final version can be prepared early next week and 
delivered to Jon.

At next week's meeting we'll sign off on the 1.0 document as being complete.
