The comment form is intended for input to specification
development.  For questions about UBL, OASIS has created a list,
ubl-dev, specifically for UBL developers.  You can subscribe to
ubl-dev by sending mail to

   ubl-dev-subscribe@lists.oasis-open.org

You do not have to be an OASIS member to subscribe to ubl-dev.
