Thank you, David, for this submission.  It is being brought to the 
attention of the UBL Payments and Finance Subcommittee.  You can find 
their charter here:

There you will find the committee is looking at how UBL 2.3 can be 
augmented to address needs in this area, including ISO 20022.  No 
doubt the subcommittee will be interested to consider the information 
you have provided today.
