FPSC chair notes

Further to our Tuesday evening meeting, here are the tips I've found while 
doing document processing for the FPSC subcommittee:

Two steps are needed to make a document publicly available:

(1) - post the document with access allowed to the general public

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/?????/download.php/####/filename

(2) - use only the publicly accessible URL syntax:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/####/filename

The above public URL can be found by using a separate browser window as a 
member of the general public, or by manually changing 
"/apps/org/workgroup/?????/" to "/committees/".

Two steps are needed to posting agendas and minutes to the events record:

(1) - in the event record, selecting "General Public" when posting agendas 
or minutes relates to the event, not to the posted documents

(2) - go to the document subsystem and manage the posted document 
permissions to make the document available to the General Public.

Regarding the client-side redirect, the following is our FPSC redirection 
to Kavi from http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ubl/fpsc (note that I've 
corrupted the tags with a space to prevent the information from being 
interpreted):
