3rd try - agenda for todays CSC call

not sure what is happening, but the OASIS server keeps rejecting my agenda message.  Trying again.

I am not in a position to chair today (onsite client meeting in San Diego). I hope to sneak away and join, but am not sure I can make it happen. In the absence of the chair (me), those on the call can select amongst yourselves someone to chair. Also, can someone confirm they can dial in as host for the call.
