I regret I will not be able to attend tomorrow's CSC call.  So, I thought I
would put some of my thoughts into an email.

I am not sure I agree at all that the two groups should be merged together
yet.  After sitting through today's NDR call its apparent that the work
going on there, right now, is not appropriately handled in joint calls.  At
this point in time, the NDRSC is finalizing editorial work on the Rules
document.  This is not work that needs the entire TC going back over it and
rehashing it.  It is editorial work.  The rules that are there are already
accepted by the NDRSC and mostly by the LCSC (with some questions).

I do agree however, that the coordination between the two groups needs to be
handled somewhere.  I have felt some frustration in the past working between
the two groups.

On the RosettaNet's comments, I have put together an email and sent it out
to the two groups.

I hope this at least gets into the discussion (I lost my first draft to the
email fairy) I had gone through and written a much longer version of this.
Sorry, but its getting late and I can't recall everything clearly.
