I had seen that version on http://www.untmg.org/doc_tmg.html
but since it says "Documents For TMG Review (NOT FOR IMPLEMENTATION!!!) ",
I was a bit leery.
Can anyone speak to why the User Guide is not for implementation or when it
might reach that status?
Also, anyone know about Message Assembly doc for CCTS v2.01 use?

Ken,
For the Core Components Primer: Unless anyone advises differently,
please see [1]. I unfortunately cannot answer your question about
matching UBL.
