[UBLish]: v1.0.10 pending release

Just a forward note to update and inform users of UBLish.
(Thanks for all the enquiries).

The UBLish v1.0.10 that generates UBL v1.0 schemas will be
released soon.  Like v0p70.10 (for UBL 0p70 schemas) 
and v1.0b.10 (for UBL 1.0-beta schemas),  v1.0.10  will
be an experimental application script released free-of-charge.

A few more schema type operation functions are added this
time to facilitate those who're looking at customizing
UBL-look-alike schemas to suit their individual or organizational
needs.  An experimental "type-instantiation" function is
also provided to facilitate those who want to try out
the generated schemas against a test document instance.
A few other features are added based on inputs received.

The main "philosophical" change is also that UBLish 1.0.10
will be used by users and organizations, instead of the 
previous versions which are oriented more to facilitate
UBL TC in generating the schemas.

We hope the development and provision of UBLish will help
those in UBL and e-commerce community get the most value 
out of using UBL in their e-business processes.
