As Mark is well aware, there were no UN/CEFACT Core Components for
the first several years of the UBL project and thus nothing beyond
the basic CCTS methodology for UBL to conform to.  This was the
price UBL paid for being the first standard to use CCTS.  As he is
also aware, there is no way that UBL can adopt the emerging
UN/CEFACT CCs (which do not yet cover all UBL semantics) within
the UBL 2.0 production schedule.  A plan for convergence between
UBL and the eventual UN/CEFACT CC registry is something that we
are in the process of working out with UN/CEFACT.
