Speaking of code lists: UBL 2.1 updates

While we're on the subject of code lists, I'd like to alert
everyone to this message from Tony Coates:

The UBL approach to code lists makes it easy to update or modify
them without changing UBL conformance, but we do ship each UBL
release with a comprehensive collection of default lists, and we
like to make sure that they're as up-to-date as possible.  You can
find the code lists included in UBL 2.0 here:

If you know of any changes or additions that we should be
including in UBL 2.1, please let us know.
