Preliminary version of German UBL 2.0 IDD

Hello ubl-dev,

As you're probably aware, translations of the 2000+ business terms
standardized by UBL 2.0 into Japanese, Italian, and Spanish have
been available for some time.  We expect the package containing
those translations, "UBL 2.0 International Data Dictionary
Vol. 1," to be approved and released as an OASIS Committee
Specification some time next month.

The first draft of a key component of IDD Vol. 2, the German
translation, can now be seen as an attachment to this message on
the ubl list:

We're holding off on releasing this for formal public review until
we have at least one other translation to include with it, but we
thought that speakers of German might be interested in seeing the
preliminary draft.  Please direct all comments to UBL DELSC chair

above.
