OK. The PaymentMeans is separate from PaymentTerms in UBL
(though they can be related many-to-many via IDs/refs where necessary).

The PaymentTerms is used to say what charges/allowances might apply
for late/early payment, etc. The PaymentMeans just carries info about
payment channels, etc so is relevant when providing a quote. Payment
Terms is indeed relevant to a quote, not so much to an order (the means

being described elsewhere). I'm guessing it's the cXML document that
needs to be changed to the ordering one though in this mapping (?) so
payment means is more likely needed.
