Subject: human readable form layouts
If there is still a problem obtaining samples of human readable forms of some of the procurement documents could I suggest a book such as Model Business Letters, E-Mails, & Other Business Documents (Paperback) by Shirley Taylor http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0273675249/qid=1129279531/sr=1-6/ref=sr_1_6/102-0563598-1572109?v=glance&s=books (there are many other such books) I used this particular one, I confess, as a help in some of the 2.0 modeling so it should be relevant. It mainly has examples of typed business documents such as credit notes, etc (though not all of them). I guess this would be sufficient in the absence of large numbers of various actual example documents, both human-typed letters and software-produced prints. All the best Stephen Green
